Borovets Ski Holidays

Borovets is set in the beautiful Rila Mountains of Bulgaria. The resort is made up of a collection of large, modern hotels set in a beautiful wooded setting. There are bars, restaurants and shops intertwined throughout. There are also a small selection of the quirkier bars, shops and restaurants to look out for as it is always good to try something different.

Borovets Skiing and Boarding

Borovets is best suited to intermediates. However, beginners will get the best possible start with the highly rated ski school. Intermediates will find a good variety of terrain and there are some good diversions for experts.

Borovets Apres Ski

Après ski in Borovets is a lively variety of bars from a traditional inn with log fire to large bars with loud music and dancing so something for all tastes. There are also a couple of nightclubs for late night dancing. Off the slopes you can go on a skidoo safari or bowling. There is also a swimming pool, sauna, massage and fitness centre. For something romantic take a horse drawn sleigh ride.  Visits to the Rila monastery and Sofia are possible with a visit to the opera which doesn’t normally happen on a skiing holiday!

Borovets Childcare

The Hotel Samokov offers a free child place in their kindergarten when 2 adults book a first time or improver pack. This is for children aged 4-7yrs. Another option is the Hotel Rila who also has their own independent kindergarten for children aged 12months to 7 years. These places can be requested but are only booked and confirmed locally in resort.
